Tressler & Associates™ commitment to providing peace of mind to their clients stems directly from the heart of the firms founder, Todd A. Tressler, II, Attorney.
After earning his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, Todd realized his passion reached beyond science and into the care of people and making a difference in his community. He went on to earn his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law, providing him the opportunity to serve others in and around Middle Tennessee.
Todds family has more than 100 years of professional experience serving the real estate needs of Wilson and surrounding counties. Before becoming licensed as an attorney, he worked as a mortgage professional for three years while working his way through Law School. This experience allowed him to develop a practice of law in areas pertaining to the real estate industry.
Over the years Todd has expanded his residential and commercial real estate practice to include multiple facets in order to provide proper care for his clients whole needs, again returning to the rooted passion for people in his community. In addition to the commercial and residential real estate specialties, the firm handles business and contract law, criminal and civil litigation, estate planning, and more. Todds commitment to serving clients where they are has allowed his team to work in areas as far west as Jackson, Tennessee and as far east as Knoxville, Tennessee. Todds practice offers “house calls and other personal attention, reviving the elements of community service that attorneys and counselors once provided when the profession originated.
Todd holds memberships in both the American and Tennessee Land Title Associations, and The Middle Tennessee Fifteenth Judicial Bar Association. He also serves as a board member of Jazz at the Mill, and is a past board member of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce, and past president of the Wilson County Help Center. He is an affiliate member of EMTAR, GNAR and NAIOP, and has been a board member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Tennessee Bar Association.
